This Policy explains what cookies are, which technologies this website uses, what they are for and how you control them. It complements the Privacy Policy & LGPD of UWL do Brasil.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They remember preferences, keep the site working and, when you allow it, measure audience and support campaigns. Alongside them we use equivalent technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage and tracking pixels, treated the same way in this Policy.
2. How we classify them
We use three categories. Only essential cookies are stored before your decision — the others require your consent under art. 7 of the Brazilian LGPD.
2.1 Essential (always on)
Required for the site to work and to record your own cookie choice. Without them the site does not operate properly, so they do not require consent.

2.2 Analytics (require your consent)
They measure how the site is used — pages visited, referral source, returning visitors — so we can improve it. Audience measurement is provided by HubSpot Analytics.

2.3 Marketing (require your consent)
Used to measure campaigns, avoid repeated ads and show relevant content on other platforms. They are set by third parties, which act as controllers of the data they collect this way.

3. Embedded third-party content
Some pages embed content hosted outside our domain. When it loads, the provider may set its own cookies and receive your IP address:
- YouTube (Google) — embedded video;
- HubSpot Forms — contact and quote forms;
- Google Fonts — font loading.
These services have their own policies, which apply when you interact with the content.
4. How you control them
On your first visit, the banner lets you accept all cookies or keep essentials only — both options carry the same weight, and refusing is as simple as accepting. Under Preferences you choose category by category.
Your choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again. You may change your mind at any time, without giving a reason:
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.
5. International transfers
The providers listed — HubSpot, Meta, LinkedIn, AdRoll/NextRoll and Google — process data outside Brazil, mainly in the United States. These transfers follow art. 33 of the LGPD, supported by contractual clauses and each provider's safeguards.
6. Changes
This Policy is reviewed whenever the technologies in use change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. The tables above reflect the technical audit carried out on the website on 20 September 2026; durations set by providers may change without notice, in which case their own documentation prevails.
